When laser hair removal is used, the
goal is to destroy hair throughout the hair cycle, that is, for a minimum of
one year. The hair cycle is described as the period in which all
body hair exits the skin.
The laser principle is to
capture the melanin (pigment present in
the hair bulb), and to convert it into
energy to dis aggregate this bulb and therefore preventing a regrowth. It is
necessary to know that the hair is more loaded with melanin during growth, so
it is important to define according to the growth of hair the most appropriate
interval between each session. On average it takes between
five and six weeks.
You should know however that melanin is also the pigment that colors our skin.We understand that if we are bronzed, the laser, by capturing the melanin of the bulb will also capture the melanin of the skin and therefore burn it.It is therefore important before the laser hair removal sessions to not go in the sun, not to prepares of capsules in the sun, not to UV, these techniques boosting melanin. It will also be understood that it will take a break during the holidays and after the return, the time to De-shrink.
